The problem

PostSnag already captures the caption, media, and engagement numbers behind a post, but not the conversation underneath it: the replies, the pushback, the questions people asked. Today that means clicking through Facebook's comment threads by hand, with no way to sort, search, or pull them into anything useful. The posts most worth reading, the ones overperforming by four or five times a page's norm with hundreds of comments, are exactly the ones too time-consuming to scroll through.

What we're building

A one-click export that pulls every comment on a single post you choose, not an entire profile, straight into your dashboard next to that post, captured the same client-side way as everything else in PostSnag. It's deliberately manual and per-post rather than automatic across everything you capture, since a single popular post can carry tens of thousands of comments. You choose which posts earned the full export, usually the ones already standing out on overperformance.

How it works for you
